About Me

Bwengye Emmanuel, MCIPS, is a seasoned professional with over twenty (20) years of experience in procurement, tax, and audit consulting. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting, he is recognized as a qualified Corporate Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (UK) – MCIPS (UK), and a Chartered Corporate Member of the Institute of Procurement Professionals of Uganda - IPPU.

Throughout his career, Emmanuel has demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective sourcing strategies, providing tax consultancy services, and conducting thorough operational and financial audits, including internal control reviews. His extensive experience encompasses working with both start-up ventures and established projects across various sectors, including private and public domains.

Emmanuel has played integral roles in World Bank projects exceeding USD 380 million, showcasing his proficiency in managing large-scale initiatives. Additionally, he has led numerous procurement audits under the PPDA and Ministry of Finance in Uganda, contributing to enhanced transparency and efficiency in procurement processes.
